By accessing or using AutoArt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

AutoArt provides AI-powered tools for generating car-related images and videos. Access to generation features requires an active subscription.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for your account activity.
• Notify us of unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed through Apple In-App Purchases. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By sharing content in the app, you grant AutoArt a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the app.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No illegal, hateful, or explicit content.
• No abuse of the subscription or credit system.
• No harassment of other users.
• No reverse engineering or misuse of the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
